This cliff house is located in Victoria, Australia and, as you can clearly see, it is not for those with a fear of heights. The five-story house is attached to the vertical face of a cliff and was designed by observing the way that barnacles fasten themselves to ships. And in case all of this isn’t nerve-wracking enough for you, the roof of the house acts as the garage, so you can add even more weight on top!

No one would debate that it’s very expensive to live in New York City. Some might even make the argument that you couldn’t find a dumpster to live in for less than $1,500 a month. Well, one interior designer sought to make that into a reality with this installation art piece which is just that – a dumpster apartment, complete with a shower, toilet, bed, and tanning deck. And it’s all for the low price of $1,200 a month!

The Katskhi pillar is a 130-foot-tall natural limestone monolith located near the town of Chiatura, Georgia. On top of the pillar is a structure that was built by a hermit during the 9th or 10th century. Nowadays, it is inhabited by a Georgian Orthodox monk named Maksim Qavtaradze. Qavtaradze only leaves his pillar twice per week to visit the monastery down below and collect food, and must do so by scaling down the rock wall via a ladder

there isn't enough money available to convince me to step inside that place, let alone live there and THEN park your car on top of it.
