our R & D teams haven't wandered too deeply into the seafood realm.

we've managed just fine.

however, i wish we had something more substantial like brisket.

when i was a kid there was a fake chicken drumstick that had a stick through it, similar to a hot dog on a stick that was supposed to simulate the leg bone of the chicken. my mom fried them as if she was making fried chicken. it was one of our favorite things to eat.

I've been waking up at the same time I usually do, which is an hour too early due to the extra hour of sleep.  Sucks being one of those people that wake up at the same time no matter what time you sleep.
