I saw somewhere that the painting is actually covered by glass and no damage was done to it by these lunatics. 
 

Honestly, this like watching an older more grown up version of when we were kids and said really stupid things like I wonder what would happen if we threw firecrackers into a toilet, or what if we tied the tails of two cats together. 
 

And are there any people out there that see something like this and think, “you know, they’ve convinced me! I’m going to stop driving my gas powered car.” This kind of protesting seems so empty and useless as a persuasive tool. 
 

And yes, I already know that @cals nickname in high school was persuasive tool.
