very true, but i like the consistency and predictability of this proposal. it would take a few years for those issues work themselves out, but i can see us getting there (though it'll probably be a little messy in a few places).

Only bad thing.  Your birthday would be the same day of the week every year.  So if you have a Wednesday, it would just suck.  Mine would fall on a Thursday every year.  Yeah, not going to happen.
