I'm not remotely a fan of these kind of parades. It is indeed curious though why the 1991 parade, even taking inflation into account, was so dramatically less costly than what they were estimating.

The walls are not closing in on him until the DNC finds a more suitable candidate than they did in 2016 to oppose him.
