Rand Paul sure didn't. He was interviewed on CNN this morning. Wolf Blitzer asked him what should have been a simple question: "Do you trust US intelligence agencies or Vladimir Putin?" Instead of answering the question, Paul went off on a rambling diatribe about context, and saying how much some people hate Trump. In other words, unless we think that this is all OK, we're enemies of the state.
