Obama's policy was to deport violent criminals (mostly men) and people caught recently crossing the border. 

Children caught crossing the border were either jailed with their mother or put in one of these camps if unaccompanied. 

What does this have to do with Trump's policy of taking children, even babies, away from their mothers?

so it dropped 23% after increasing 50% the previous year. to simply matters, let's say there were 10,000 crimes committed by foreigners in 2015. that means there were 20,000 in 2016. a drop of 23% then means that there were 15,400 in 2017.

This isn’t about Democrats.  If you have any intention of being honest you need to drop that.  I’m not sure it would pass even with 100% votes for from Democrats.  Which surely Cruz would get.
