Well, if Joyce, who is "one of the top cybersecurity" guys, is stating that Russia hacked our Internet infrastructure, I would think his leaving is a good thing.

I am serious about this.  Sure you heard of that Tom Steyer guy in Texas who has the Impeach Trump campaign.  I took my tax break and donated it to his cause.  Now I may get ripped off for all I know but it sure felt good. Thanks Trump.
