He's just a smart businessman who understands the plight of middle America.

We got a quote to get install sprinkers in one of our warehouses; it was 20% of the value of the building and wouldn’t return that value. Don’t just assume it’s just stroking a check to make something happen.

What part of Albright piece do we disagree with ? Trump is waving the nationalist banner.  In doing so dangerously enmpowering nationislts in countries with weak institutions.  Nationalism is a great danger to global peace and stability.  That is a fact that has demonstrated itself repeatedly historically.

Nationalism is trying to be twisted into some kind of dirty word, it's kinda scary.

Like, prioritizing your own Country's interests is somehow a bad thing. Incredible.

And his moronic protectionist economic policy is probably going to sink the economy.  The present roller coaster we’re on doesn’t exactly signal good things to come.

The economy is going to tank at some point here, but it's a lot more complicated than this, lol. It's mostly to do with a combination of all our debt we've accumulated over the last couple decades and the artifically low interest rates by the federal reserve.

Convenient. If the economy tanks during Trump's presidency, it's not Trump's fault. I'm sure you gave Obama the same benefit of the doubt.

I'm going to need to ask you to stay in line with the Trump Fear Porn narrative.

Thanks

So at least your guy, his plans and those he's working with are going to improve upon things in that regard.

You don’t understand what nationalism is.

And the economy that Trump inherited was stable and growing.  It’s true that the economy grows and shrinks on its own.  But these crazy ups and downs are not normal.  Once upon a time people use to say that the markets liked stability.  If he is successful in starting a trade war with China its going to be costly for regular people like you and I.  Hopefully you’ll be smart to enough to understand that he’s the one that recklessly caused a problem.

And as far as whining about the deficits.  LoL.  That’s rich.

And I’m not twisting “nationalism” into a dirty word.  I’m plainly telling you that it’s a fucking terrible ideology spawned out 16th-19th century stupidity that has caused this world nothing but misery in all of its forms.  Nationalism isn’t rooting for ‘Merica at the Olympics.  Read some history books MAGA.

Obama didn't help things for the economy, that's for damn certain.

Under him the interest rates were basically zero for the entirety of his Presidency. Trump came in and they've been slowly increasing.

Now, Trump is doing pretty much jack shit to avoid the inevitable collapse. So much spending needs to be pulled back it's not even funny. So there's that.

Quote

“Today the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York executed a series of search warrants and seized the privileged communications between my client, Michael Cohen, and his clients,” said Stephen Ryan, his lawyer. “I have been advised by federal prosecutors that the New York action is, in part, a referral by the Office of Special Counsel, Robert Mueller.”

Trump can't pardon him if he is charged by the state of NY.

Yeah, I am pretty sure it has to do with tax and campaign finance fraud.

I thought Mueller was brought in to look for Russian collusion. It just validates Trump barking about this being a witch hunt.

Nope, to investigate crimes committed by Trump and the Trump campaign.  He has a pretty broad scope.

In the course of investigating what Rosenstein has authorized they apparently discovered a number of other issues. mueller took this to Rosenstein who then directed it to another area.

To get warrants at the level and for what they did, had to be a decent amount of evidence.

But im sure the trumpets will keep whining about a witch hunt.
