Well, one memo was written without the expectation of being made public and was about a page long. This new memo is 10 pages long and was written after the fact specifically with the intent of being declassified, so yeah, pretty damn suspicious.

Laugh. There was a coordinated rollout with a #releasethememo hashtag pushed by bots for the first one.

have to wonder why after 39 he never bothered to apply for citizenship. you can't be mad at one side for following the law when you don't.
