The jobs that will be lost is by the installers because of fewer sales of solar panels. For every job that's gained by US manufacturers, 3 maybe lost by the installers due to less demand.

Not only that but the cheap Chinese panels actually facilitate manufacturing jobs here.  Solar panel systems are obviously multi component.  Much of which is in fact manufactured here in the states. This is as exactly Nate aptly noted a hit job on the industry.  

Which is terrible because it’s a sector that is actually far out pacing other areas in the economy.
