He has been doing  this since the first day he came into office.  He rarely addresses the press, he has kicked out several reporters for not writing favorably about him, etc.

Rs should stop acting like this is bad, they don't give a shit or they would have put a stop to it a long time ago.  Remember the Senate Republicans also significantly reduced their access to the media as well.

All Rs care about right now is taking healthcare away from kids, getting their pro Jesus judges and cutting the taxes of the people that pay for their campaigns.  The rest is just a distraction for them.

So let's see, Trump signed  (after walking out of the signing ceremony without signing it) an EO that will apparently severely damage the ACA. He's going to decertify the Iran agreement which he previously said was working. His HHS has just changed the definition of life as beginning at conception.
