One was whether to change the field manual, to the extent permitted by law. He's spoken about making a veteran's care a priority.  While I doubt he comes through I am going to give that one a little time.

his EOs aren't really changing any laws at this point, correct? he's not creating new legislation and is making good on some of his campaign promises. once congress is done with the confirmation hearings, we'll see how well he works with them. all of this stuff so far strikes me as pretty par for the course of new presidents coming into office.
