I think the hatred of Trump has little to do with policy and more with the type of person he is

They want you to believe that but They’ll blast Desantis or any other rep. Bush was a light weight war mongering con and dint forget how he was treated. They pretend to hate the person but their ultimate beef is with the values that made this country great.

They don’t want to identify with the non sense on the left so they blame republican extremism yet don’t define what position makes reps extreme. Trump siding govern that far right of Bill Clinton. You can argue Bush was to the left of Clinton.

Lol. My point was Trump didn’t govern with any extreme economic, domestic , or foreign policy. His biggest accomplishments were a strong economy and finally making a few countries chip in with their defense. There wasn’t a major shift in the republicans party as the same establishment assholes are still around today. The argument that Joe Biden restored likability, honesty , and integrity to the Oval Office seems a stretch. The criticism that reps need to moderate just seems bogus to me.

Trump going to prison would be best case scenario for Republicans. Then all Ronny D has to do is campaign on pardoning Trump and he'll shore up the MAGA base.

Trump won't need to be pardoned. This is just a political stunt.
