It's 2020 and there's plenty of good options if anyone was actually interested in solving the problem and making voting easier while still maintaining a semblance of integrity. Whatever happens this fall, this problem isn't getting any simpler or less complicated in the future

when we voted back in march at the eagle rock mall, the line was long and we waited almost an hour. there were several people who walked up and dropped off their absentee ballot and were able to turn around and leave immediately. i think i would like to have that option in november.

That's always been the case with absentee ballots.  I really don't understand why more people don't do it.  Then again, what is it, only like 20% of the population votes?

Plus here we have all of the early voting locations. That also lessens crowds on election day.
