So I watched this and that is the first time I've seen a picture of it, and that is a noose, but also Bubba Wallace said in the video it wasn't intended for him.

And I didn't say anything incorrect in that post. You can clearly see in that video it was a noose and Bubba Wallace said it wasn't intended for him. Again if you want to blame anyone blame NASCAR for their handling of this.
