I think that unfortunately it is inevitable that something like that is coming in the next few weeks.  The lack of testing is a big issue.

China shut down the entire city of Wuhan and much of the province where it's located. Totally shut down, and people didn't dare leave quarantine. Over there they might shoot you if you do. This isn't China. Gonna be a lot harder to enforce general isolation here 100%.
