It’s kinda like walking into a freshly finished basketball  gym. It’s great to smell the fresh lacquer, hear the shoes squeaking , and see the competition. It’s a reminder of younger days with the understanding I’ll never participate again.

Yes that’s it. This is how I ended up marrying a Mexican woman. All the California girls had that valley accent and no appreciation for my southern draw. First date with my wife we didn’t have a bottle opener and I didn’t speak Spanish. I was about to bite the cap off when she grabbed my beer popped the cap off on the door latch. I’m pretty sure most men use this criteria while wife shopping. A hot chic they can nail and that will also cook dinner is generally the goal. Wise men will look for a quiet woman who knows her role as additional requirements. The airlines capitalized on this strategy for yeas. Look at how unpleasant flying is today. All the hot blondes are now 60 if they’re still working. If not they’ve been replaced by girly men in pants two sizes too small. Maybe this saves money. I certainly order less under this scenario
