Seems like it.. could work out well. Cahill seems to be doing better since being demoted to the pen and Noe has been solid this season. (Knock on wood) Also it’s against the O’s so we may have a little breathing room, hopefully.

He is 23...I think.  His pitches seem to have really good movement.  His locating needs work.  He could become a very important piece in building a solid rotation.  I would not be so quick in determining his impact just yet.......
