I was reading some rumors on twitter and saw the Cubs are willing to part with one of their top prospects if a team is willing to take back Chatwood. I’d be so down to get either Amaya (good defense at Catcher, solid bat)or Alzolay (future 2-3 starter but just about big league ready) if they are willing to eat some of the money owed to chatwood. 

 

Chatwood might do good in a pitchers park, grew up in Redlands, and could be a solid # 5 starter for us who eats innings. Probably too bold for  the Angels.

But then again, things that make sense rarely ever happen, so that probably means it won't happen, which would suck because Kikuchi seems like he's going to be really good and make significantly less than other pitchers that he's younger than and will outperform. 

I still wonder about his past shoulder issues though.

A pretty solid trade proposal,  Chatwoods contract isn't bad either. I don't know if we could get the top 2, Lange is solid choice aswell.
