no, but if you pay any kind of attention to how things work in that organization you know that the front office goes over the best way to utilize the players on the team and they came up with starting Chris Taylor.  They have their right handed batting line up in the game.  Bellinger is garbage against lefties.  Do you think he personally chose to start Dozier over Muncy?

He blew it last night removing Baez who was dealing. But the MATCHUP!!

Kept Darvish in there too long last year and they lost the Series.

But yeah, give him a lifetime extension.

Darvish pitched less than two innings in game 7, the bullpen had pitched almost 5 innings the day before and in game 5 it was a crazy bullpen game as well.  Also in that game Darvish had gotten the two guys out right before the 3 run home run.  Hindsight is a son of a bitch.

God do I hate this relief pitchers bullshit baseball. Over 4 2/3 Ryu has thrown 69 pitches and only has allowed 1 run. Let him finish the damn inning, even with bases loaded. He is a veteran, he knows how to work with men on base and once you take him out you are playing with a pen full of lesser pitchers.

Because it begs the question...are you giving the guy the ball for it to be HIS game? Or are you just using him as a pawn to replace him the second he gets in a little bit of trouble? I'm the kind of guy that would let him get out of the mess he got himself into. You let him do it all year. And if he blows it those runs on his shoulders were his fault, not some dumbass who comes in and walks the first batter he faces with the bases loaded.
