There’s something delightful and unexpected about clearing the dinner table, bringing out this skillet cookie, and letting everyone dig in and slice off their own wedge (preferably with a glass of milk at the ready).

And there goes the Vegan portion of snack.

Ingredients. Bittersweet chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, milk fat, soy lecithin - an emulsifier, vanilla)

Oooops, looks like the Vegans aren't going to be able to eat the cookies as well.
