The Angels’ 2019 schedule will include a trip to St. Louis, allowing Albert Pujols to play for the first time as a visitor in the city where he built most of his Hall of Fame career. The Angels will play the Cardinals from June 21-23, their first trip to St. Louis since before they signed Pujols in 2012.

The Angels are also playing a two-game series against the Houston Astros in Monterrey, Mexico, on May 4-5. They are replacing two Angels home games. The Angels last played outside the continental United States and Canada in 2003, when the played the Montreal Expos in Puerto Rico.

Among the other highlights of the Angels 2019 schedule, which was released by Major League Baseball on Wednesday:

The Angels will open for the third straight season at Oakland, with a four-game series starting March 28. Their home opener will be April 4 against the Texas Rangers.

The Angels and Dodgers will meet June 10-11 at Angel Stadium and July 23-24 at Dodger Stadium.

In other interleague matchups against the NL Central, the Angels will host the Milwaukee Brewers (April 8-10), Pittsburgh Pirates (Aug. 12-14) and Cincinnati Reds (June 25-26). They will travel to play the Chicago Cubs (April 12-14), Reds (Aug. 5-6) and Cardinals.

The Angels finish the season with a six-game homestand, against the A’s (Sept. 24-25) and Astros (Sept. 26-29).
