I made these about 20 years ago. The kids didn't like them so we stopped doing it.

Zucchini is good deep fried with some ranch dressing other than that it's not appealing IMO.

we have a recipe similar to this one. when roasted and filled, it's a pretty good compliment to a meal.

The crust that builds on my toenails after a long weekend working in the yard tastes good deep fried with some ranch dressing.  My taint would taste good deep fried with some ranch dressing.
