Committee hearing has started, vote to come at 10:30 am.

Feinstein is pontificating and reprimanding, when she is arguably the cause of all this mess.

She's calling yesterday's hearing a "nefarious attempt at political theater." LOL. Blaming Kavanaugh and his testimony at the hearing yesterday. "Aggressive and bellligerent." 

Flake has announced he will vote for Kavanaugh. Corker is also on board.

They let the sex crimes prosecutor do her job right up to the point where they didn't like that she was doing what her job happens to be.

All signs point to a July 1st pre-party gathering is when Kavanaugh and Judge attacked Ford.  We have a date now.  A proper investigation would clear up more details.  Yes, you can find things out from something that happened 36 years ago.  She should go to the police if there is no FBI investigation.

They've seemingly got a possible date that also lines up with Judge's Safeway employment, a list of persons present and a potential location (from Kavanaugh himself) all in a setting that lines up with Ford's testimony and... 

Lindsey Graham redirects the attention to himself immediately and we don't hear a single peep again from the career sex crimes prosecutor.

Nope, and it's disgusting. This guy is gonna sit on the SCOTUS for life. There are other options. 

As bullcrappy as Feinstein's time based play was, this was as bad or worse. 

We had been presented with all these things, the lack thereof which had previously been used to impugn Ford's understandably incomplete recollection, and then...

The Democratic halfheartedness in cross-examining Kavanaough doesn't really lend into a belief that this was ever handled in good faith.

That may be true, but it doesn't make this guy getting on the court amidst a sea of other options any less disappointing. In fact, it makes it worse.
