I'm not kidding, Nother. Your urine should be clear or slightly yellowish, if you are pissing a rainbow your body is telling you it's being poisoned.

Either you've jumped the shark and are taking too many vitamins that is throwing off your filtering system or worse and you want to know as soon as possible if that's going down the C road. 

Drink more water, bring everything you have taken to a doctor and get a complete workup.

The vitamins I take turn my urine a brighter shade of yellow, more neonish.  Yes I need to drink more water.

Vitamins, asparagus, and coffee....the latter two causing a terrible smell.

Dehydration is another where coffee is a diuretic, so you get the dark color and smell.

I used to take a multi that colored my piss almost orangish.
