They are really dragging their asses on this Trump immunity case.

They're saving it for the explosive season finale of Stories from the Supreme Court.

Well it’s working for a certain judge in Florida so why the hell not. If they let the term end before making a decision, pretty disgraceful.

That almost makes me want to vote for Trump, so I could watch people's heads spin off

Be honest. You're going to vote for him again anyway.

Can't vote for him again if I didn't before.  But then, you knew that already.

Supreme Court picks are probably Trumps biggest failure. He’d still be President with solid picks. Rumor is he’s working with the GOP establishment to roll out their version of the Democrat platform.

By a 5 to 4 vote, the court ruled that the emissions-reductions standards set by the plan were likely to cause “irreparable harm” to almost half the states unless the court halted the rule pending further review by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

Supreme Court blocks Purdue Pharma opioid bankruptcy settlement

Quote

In a 5-4 decision authored by Justice Neil Gorsuch, the high court ruled federal law does not permit the Sacklers, who previously controlled Purdue Pharma but did not themselves file for bankruptcy, to be released from liability for contributing up to $6 billion to the settlement.

So Trump is just another swamp monster?  Say it's ain't so!

He isn’t a swamp monster because swamp monster would have had his voter fraud case heard. He also isn’t conservative and smart enough to stop supporting establishment hacks.

Looks like this is coming down today.  Depending on their decision, this may help provide Joe a little cover from last night's disaster.
