I said the offense in general. I just think Verlander was dealing and when he wasn't the offense gave him a break (Ohtani) by swinging at bad balls.

That was a fantastic pitch by Verlander, maybe the best of the game. He probably did the best thing - lay off and pray it's called a ball.

Ohtani led the team in strikeouts, cozard led in stranded runners. Cozart also allowed an extra run early by forgetting how to hold a ball. Gotta go with Cozart, but really it was just Verlander...

I cant comment on fanngraphs. I am referring to box they show on TV.  It's been consistent from ump to ump that pitched hitting the box on the right corner is called a ball and pitches just outside left corner are called the strike.

Therefore o am wondering if the box we see on tv could be in the alignment.
