Google "justin upton slump". Its happened before. It will happen again and again. He will end the year around his norms. And part of that will be when he gets hot and looks completely different than he does right now.

So if his numbers continue like this for how long would u start to panic? What will his numbers be at the end of the year?

That's correct, Upton's offense, and defense for that matter, are not linear.  In the end I would bet he ends up on his average numbers.

He keeps going 1-4 I’m glad he’s starting to hit but his numbers aren’t that much better for the year. Hopefully he keeps doing better though. I’m rooting for him.

Over the last 12 games his OPS is over .950 

His overall OPS has gone up over 90 during that span.

When the year is done I expect good offensive numbers from him, but I still think the extension was a poor decision.  I don't like his defense and feel we overpaid. I don't think he would have gotten his old contact this offseason. That being said LF has been so bad for so long I respect arte for the move.
