We're getting this guy:

For those who don't  know, this guy is named Nick Vujicic and he's an inspirational speaker for schools and church groups. When you meet him, he asks for a hug. He's a warrior.

he also has a decent split finger pitch.

Kyle Lewis dropped from #55 to #100 in Baseball Americas top 100

and Seattle has no one else close to the top 100

Last move for Dipito to fully Dipito Seattles farm is to trade Kyle Lewis for a rental and miss the playoffs.

Or, as with the Angels, make the playoffs and get swept

A little surprised Evan White isn't in there and then again no....  I think some of it may be the M's reluctance to play him anywhere but 1B to date and he's not really shown a lot of power albeit the park in Modesto massively deflates HRs.    Kyle Lewis just doesnt look right still -- he's had a rough go of thing physically.   We have seen what a guy losing his legs has done to AP -- Lewis has had knee injury after knee injury in his 20s.

Does that mean we can BO-Lieve again?

Signed, one half of the WWE RAW tag team champs.

Bo's having a nice little season as a AA 4th OF. Will probably never factor into anything, but he's posted a 13.9 BB% (career before was 7.1%) against a 13.1 K% (career prior was 14.3%) and a WRC of 127 in 122 at-bats.

When you're able to make improvements that notable in your discipline in bodes well for his ability to at least continue some development into fringe minor-league depth, sort of the Shane Robinson, J.B. Shuck type.

Jahmai is having a pretty rough year

In some ways...
His BB% is way up - 13.4% way up from his prior career norm of 8.1%
But his K% is also up 21.9% - up from 17.6% before, which is substantial but not awful.
He's been unlucky - a BAbip of .230 this year - his career average is .326 and had always ranged around .286 to .379, so he's definitely been hurt here.
His ISO is .149 - higher than his prior career average of .128, and only slightly down from last year - .170 - so he's still exhibiting some power and hard contact.

If he wasn't advancing levels or learning a new position, I'd be worried, but I'll give him some benefit of the doubt given the position switch and the fact that the underlying numbers suggest he's been quite unlucky - the big gains in BB% are encouraging.

Jahmai has also gotten a little better at hitting the ball around the field more this year.
'15-'17: Pull% 48%, Center% 24%, Opposite% 28%
2018: Pull 46%, Center%17%, Opposite% 36%

I tend to think Jahmai is being specifically coached into trying to work the count more and put the ball in play to all fields - focus on situational hitting.

Also worth mentioning, Jahmai Jones is still only 20 years old and already in AA, at a position he just switched to this year (with a decent .950 FP% too). He's 4 years younger than the average AA player, and was 2 years younger than the average A+ player when was at Inland.

Let's see what Baseball America says about my tweet.

Rengifo is a year younger than #15 rated prospect the Padres just traded for and has better overall numbers. Rengifo hasn't been mentioned ONCE on any of their daily prospect reports or their weekly hotlists.

And Baseball America acts after getting tweeted at about Rengifo!

https://www.baseballamerica.com/stories/top-mlb-prospects-hot-sheet-72318/

10. Luis Rengifo, 2B, Angels
Team: Triple-A Salt Lake (Pacific Coast)
Age: 21
Why He’s Here: .360/.429/.720 (9-for-25), 9 R, 2 2B, 2 3B, 1 HR, 5 RBIs, 3 BB, 3 SO, 1 SB.

The Scoop: Coming into this season, Rengifo was most notable for being traded twice. Scouts from other teams saw Rengifo as a useful middle infielder who probably wouldn’t hit enough for his athleticism and defense to matter. A year later, Rengifo has advanced three levels in one year and is now knocking on the door of a big league job. Rengifo has managed to walk more than he’s struck out at all three levels, showing potential to be a useful table setter who has a shot at being the Angels’ everyday second baseman next year. (JJ)

Fairly quiet night last night...

  • Jahmai Jones, 0-4, BB, 2 K - Mobile was up against ATL LHP Max Fried - 6.2 IP, H, BB, 10 K - send the Braves a couple relievers for him plz.
  • Ralston Cash (54 IP, 8.8 H9, 1.7 HR9, 5.2 BB9, 10 K9) has been very Taylor Cole-esque (47.2 IP, 8.1 H9, 0.8 HR9, 4.2 BB9, 10.4 K9) aside from the ERA difference (6.33 to 4.53)
  • Brandon Marsh went 2-4; in the second half (30 G, 119 AB), he is slashing .311/.394/.454/.848 vs. a first half A+ slash of .209/.310/.291/.600 in 28 G, 110 AB
  • Franklin Torres, another HR! His third with IE. 1-4, HR, BB, 2 K - in his first 7 A+ games, he's slashing .323/.364/.677/1.041 with a healthy .288/.379/.411/.790 on the year.
  • Nonie Williams 0-4, BB, 2 K - .148/.227/.222/.449 in 26 G, 108 AB at Orem
  • Francisco Del Valle 2-5, with a 3B, HR (3), and 2 RBI - 19 year old is slashing .281/.383/.438/.820 and is becoming a sleeper OF prospect in my book
  • UDFA Kiki Menendez 3-4 with a 2B and HR #6, Erven Roper with HR #4, and Cam Williams with HR #3
  • Another poor start for Cole Duensing: 4 IP, 7 H, 5 ER, BB, K, 2 HR
  • '18 27th Rd. Jacob Voss has started his pro career well (AZL/Orem): 9 G, 13 IP: 3.46 ERA, .240 BAA, 1.15 WHIP, 3 walks, 18 strikeouts
  • Jeremiah Jackson 1-3 with HR #2 - the 18 year old SS is slashing .293/.333/.483/.816 with 6 XBH in 15 games, with 4 walks, 15 strikeouts, 5-6 in SB attempts
  • Jordyn Adams: 1-3, BB, K, CS, Trent Deveaux: 0-4, 2 K, E, D'Shawn Knowles: 1-3
  • Jerryell Rivera's rough year continues: 2.1 IP, 9 H, 6 ER, BB, 0 K - through 9 innings pitched, he's allowed 18 hits, 13 ER, 14 walks, and 4 strikeouts.

I hid the list because it's paid material and we probably shouldn't be publishing it for all to get for free.  I'll let Chuck or someone else reveal it if they see fit.

Maybe you could post the list in code. For example:

1. Rhymes with "Mo Chappelle."

2. Rhymes with "Ruiz Lenjifaux."
