That was an interesting graphic.  Albert has started opening day 18 straight times, the most of any active player and only 5 from the record.

A's game on April 17th is totally free to all fans, to celebrate their 50th anniversary in Oakland. The first time that's ever been done in MLB.

Probably still won't fill the stadium.

They should also give away free beer, that would be hilarious, but only if someone doesn’t die.

I think it means that the lineup is much deeper.  Angels actually have quality hitters in those spots now.  There will be games when the top of the lineup will be slumping.

I agree, it just doesn't feel like the Angels have multiple black holes in their lineup card. The bottom half may not be star players but they are certainly able to hold their own in the batters box. Quite the improvement from 3 years ago.

Unlike some recent seasons, the back side of the Angels lineup is capable of carrying the team from time to time.
