That. AND they changed the ST rules this year to allow AL teams to DH everywhere and NL teams to bat pitchers whenever they wish.

I thought I remembered them doing this last year as well? Is this a new thing?

Edit - also, technically, NL teams can always bat pitchers whenever they wish. DH is optional.
