Ohtani comes in ranked 100 on MLB Network's top 100.  The guys discussing felt it was a bit aggressive since he's never played a day in MLB.

Works for me.

Cozart came in at #89.  Those were the only 2 Angels I saw from 61-100.

#Angels MGR Mike Scioscia said Ohtani will be available to not only pinch hit but to pinch run on days he isn’t pitching. “Normally I would never have a pitcher PR but with 3-man bench we’re gonna tap into Shohei’s ability to come off bench.”
