I love it. Best story I have read in a long time. If this had happened in the People's Democratic Republic of California, the airline would probably be facing a lawsuit for "disability"  discrimination.

They really need to make it so that people have to show proper paperwork for support animals.   Which includes proper training so that one of those son of bitches don't piss, bite, or wander in front of me when I'm walking.

And BTW  It costs about $10-20,000 to train and care for a seeing eye dog in the first 2 years before it even gets an owner.  I'm sure these emotional support animals got about $10 in treats for training.
