I'd be willing to chip into bus fare fund to send them all up to Dodger Stadium. It would be a huge improvement for their parking lot.

there's an area around glendale with a good sized homeless population. police officer spoke at my wife's work and said this "city" has set up it's own rules, has it's own gov't, and even elected it's own mayor. they really don't want any help from outsiders and just want to be left alone to live on their own terms.

Thats pretty much it. 

Theres some real sad cases. And unfortunately, some of the real victims are the hardest to get help for.....more resources for the ones who screwed up as opposed to those who fell on hard times. 

But the huge majority are there by choice. Its a lifestyle. 

Ive already been jammed on camera by aclu lawyers who are staking the area out this week. Its gonna be a headache for awhile...really no solution out there in the near future.
