I think Sally Vargas has a winner here. And to think, you don't have to buy a Crock-Pot, Sous Vide, pressure cooker or Magic Bullet to make these. Now if I only had some chopsticks.

these potatoes have had a serious amount of attention on facebook in the last six months. they look pretty good, but alas, it's too much starch for me. however, i may be able to do something like this with a sweet potato.

cheese and onions. i have a healthier butter substitute i can use, also. no sour cream for me - i've never liked it.

We made them friday night.  They were fine.  Okay.  It was a potato, after all.

 

I put some of the leftovers in my leftover chili at the bottom of the bowl yesterday.  Good supplement.
