ha, it's not so bad. i like soup, quite a lot, actually. had a very good lentil soup saturday night. it's an easy way for me to get protein.

I'm addicted to fasting. I think they call that bulimia but whatever. I can run through brick walls!

i don't think i have the discipline to fast.

is fasting a spiritual thing for you? i know several people who add the spiritual component to it.

It's a Paleo diet program. Week by week you reduce the amount of food you eat until you get to week four where you drink a cup of coffee filled with coconut oil and butter, skip lunch and eat a protein packed dinner. 

By week five you slaughter and eat the neighbors cat then not eat for the rest of the week.

It is not the paleo diet program. 

It regulates the body's hormones. 

I've switched to a ketogenic program and I don't think I could ever go back.
