21-year-old faces possible murder charge in road rage shooting in Denver

Police said on Thursday that they arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with a deadly road rage shooting last week.  Chyon Kendrick was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder. He was taken into custody on Wednesday. Jail records show Kendrick is being held without bond.  According to an arrest affidavit, the victim, Fernando Alvarez-Chacon, 35, was in a Ford F-250 driving north on Interstate 25

the 14 year old was arraigned today. they're going to try him as an adult. he's been charged with 4 counts of first degree murder.

his father has been charged with four counts of second degree murder.
