Though I do like raw uncooked Broccoli dipped in Ranch.

I will say, Broccoli drowned in 4 cups of beer/nacho cheese sauce is passable.

Just about any green vegetable is edible if you toss it in olive oil and seasoning then roast it

Broccoli is the only green vegetable I like. 

 

This recipe is actually ok. I roast chicken a couple times a week.

I do something similar, I like baking chicken as well as vegetables.

chop up broccoli, asparagus, and Brussel sprouts. throw some olive oil on, season and throw some parmesan or Romano cheese and bake.
