Chavez shouldn't be the type of reliever pitching in a tie ballgame in the 7th inning. Long relief/mopup duty for the 5.30+ ERA guy....and he's facing the Mariners best hitters

Don't really have a choice, the bullpen is taxed with every single starter going 5 innings or less.
