Some of you possible heard Trout's chat with Rich Eisen this morning. Eisen is taking suggestions on what Trout should name his clubhouse fantasy football team this season. Trout said he'd go with whatever Eisen picks. There must be a way to make the suggestion on Eisen's web site.

He's the only guy you can get real prospects for. They're not winning anytime soon. This is the best year he'll probably have as an angel.

Just like we should've traded calhoun last year when his value was highest. The angels need to act now.

Actually, looking at a (remotely?) possible scenario: we get some pitchers back and they're effective and remain healthy, Albert wakes up and gets hot, Trout goes on an absolute tear, and other guys like Calhoun emerge from their slumps. Angels go 9-1 or something similar in mid-September and we go into the last week in clear view of a wild card. Could happen!

We are starting to add real prospects and not trade them, unlike the regimes of idiot Reagins and stupid idiot Dipeutered.

It takes time for them to get here though.

Arte better be willing to spend some of that money freed up after this season, to add a couple of solid FA's.
