bizarre play in Boston. Holiday on first GB to 1B, 1B throws to 2B 1 Out , Holiday reverses field and goes back to 1B and got in the way of throw back to 1B for a DP, ball hit runner and after review they let Ellesbury remain at 1B. BS

I was watching that.  Now teams can use that as s play to break up double plays.  Just charge back st the first baseman. I'm amazed they didn't call the runner out from interference.

I watched that game. 

The umpires were in over their heads on that play, once again.

It was obvious interference, yet they were clueless on the field.

Good thing they're platooning Valbuena against RHP. He's 0 for last 5 with a .180 BA. Cron can go 0-5 against RHP with better defense. Valbuena sucks, but we keep running out there day after day.

The good news is we have him signed next year to see if he can improve!
