My RANT....... Cheers!..... I do these as well doesn't mean I'm going to stop being here cause I loves you all.....

1. I'm tired of all the complaining..... Which I don't have to read. But, I get the frustration!

2. I'm tired of everyone saying this guy sucks that guys sucks...But, I get it..... (See #3)

3. 3 hitters are having good seasons....... (TROUT, SIMMONS, MALDONADO) and for the lesser part POOL NOSE is what he is HR's RBI's and a ton of ground outs and double plays. If he ends up with a .250-.265 30+ HR's and 95-110 RBI's great season for an aging power hitter who will never ever hit 300+ again! Does the salary meet that production? NOPE! But, that is what he's getting paid. He's not going anywhere unless on his own terms get over it!

4. Our starting pitching is decent to meh~   Too many guys injured or coming back from injuries or on the mend from Tommy John surgery! If we had what we started off with last year or even 2 years ago...... Richards, Heaney, Shoe, Trop and Nolasco/Chavez/Ramirez/Meyer/Whoever we would be fine! TODAY not so MUCH!

5. The peanuts in the BULLY have overall been a successful and good return!

6. The guys on the current roster are who they are!

6a. Pennington was having issues defensively in SPT I was there I watched him. He isn't a defensive specialist anymore in any part of the word.

6b. Espinosa is who he is great defensively, good speed and smart base runner, some pop, and many strikeouts..... 500+ ab's he's going to be a .220-.230 hitter with 20+ HR's and 75-80 RBI's with 20+ SB's.

6c. Marte is great as a bench guy and part time player. He will put up Great #'s in a part time role. His fleas will show through when he gets extended playing time! Think Juan Rivera.....Don't try to expand his stats to a full season that's not who he is! At least today and maybe not even tomorrow!

6d. Revere good defense, great speed, hasn't had enough ab's to get into his groove. Maybe, he will maybe he won't not a bad player!

6e. Maybin started showing something lately before he got injured.... Otherwise.... (See 6d)

6f. Calhoun good player- not great or super star! Great fielder and leaves it all out there! Hitting wise in a overall good lineup or great lineup he is a solid supporting guy who will come through more often than not! This year he's been slow to heat up!

6g. Escobar is who he is dances to the beat of his own drum! Good to great hitter horrid defensively and has his Aybar base running moments.

7. Maybe, it's the hitting coaches? Are they getting through to the hitters? Do they have a plan? Are the hitters executing it? Should they all be executed?.... I kid , I kid, well, kind of....

Overall, This team is what they are. Without Trout in the lineup everyday and or not having his #'s we aren't going to be very good! Hell we are a .500 team with him and the other 2 + Pool Nose (see #3)!...... We need to invest some $$$ whether ARTE' wants to or not that's the only way we will be a serious contender anytime soon. And we have to get some players developed and moving through the minor leagues to help out either through trade chips or becoming the next Calhouns!

Ok, I'm done! Thanks for listening!!!!

GO HALOS!~

Thanks for posting! Very informative, keep up the Great work!......;)

LOL there was no sarcasm intended in my response.    Was a good rant, Sir.  I don't mind the complaining about guys doing crappy cause that seems to fix them..  but, I agree with most everything you said.

Espinosa would have to go on an absolute tear to finish at .250 this year.

He would also require regular AB's and finish in the neighborhood of 500+ at bats. .220-.240 is possible. Probable? Maybe, Maybe Not?......

But, for anyone to say he was going to walk in and hit .280-.290 is ridiculous and some people who are slamming the guy and expected more than his lifetime splits are unrealistic HOMERS.

I feel like I just read a long series of Trump tweets except that:

1) They were infinitely, more, smarter 140 character bylines

2) They weren't all lies

3) They were heartfelt

4) They want to Make the Angels Great Again (#MAGA TM)

5) They weren't secretly supported by an adversary (in this case the Yankees, Red Sox, and ESPN East Coast Bias)

Bigly! :awesome-smiley-emoticon:
