I'm not ready to condemn him. I've been there and done that, but never got a DUI. Just my luck.

Also, four back surgeries since 2014 can make anyone a little crazy.

sounds like he wasn't out partying. he was at his restaurant up the way from his house. wouldn't be surprised if it was something like haveing a drink or two but also having a painkiller in his system.

was there something that said he was high on vicodin?  i'm really not paying much attention to it, but given all of his surgeries, i wouldn't be surprised.
