I was just running errands when they played Jessica, then Melissa.  Went past my destination because I couldn't stop listening.  I thought Melissa was my favorite, but with all the different videos being posted on Facebook, now it's Midnight Rider..no wait it's Whipping Post....no it's One Way Out.  What a loss.

This is a poor mix (bad vocal mic on a few tracks) But at about Whipping Post the sound board gets fixed..... it features Gregg on the piano and vocals and Duane on guitar, 4 days after Hendrix's death. The guitar work is something to behold and marvel.  Bill Graham himself used to stand and take tickets at the door at these shows. They were 4 fuckin dollars and usually featured 4 or 5 bands.

God... I'm glad I came of age in this era.

RIP Gregg...Thanks for the timeless stuff you and Duane left for us.
