If replacing a player on DL, he can come right back. But, I'm guessing they knew Escobar was headed to the DL around the same time they sent Marte to SLC, so I'm guessing Cowart will be here tomorrow. 

Given Espinosa's struggles, Cron's struggles, Marte's struggles, Valbuena being counted on more as a 1B, and Pujols not being able to play much in the field, bringing Cowart up now for a shot makes sense. Could be his last real shot with the Angels though.

Also, is this the next evolution of Mike Trout? We're getting to a point in the season where this is looking more like the norm than a hot streak. 

We've wondered what Peak Trout could look like, and it may be a .340/.450/.700/1.150 monster with 40+ HRs and 25+ SBs.
