Saw that Mike Trout wasn't playing.  Also saw Alex Meyer was pitching.  Immediately bet 50 bucks on the Mariners.

This game was disappointing, but not that shocking. We are playing with a team that has four injured top starters, three injured relievers, an injured first baseman, and an injured god of the universe. This kinda feels like the breaking point. This entire year we've been beating the odds and playing past injuries, while still meeting projections for what this team is supposed to be able to do (play barely 500 baseball). But Trout being out of the lineup is too much. It felt like last night was the end of the "give" the team has. Our offense was crippled, our starting was crippled, our relief was crippled. Not much any team could do with our kind of injuries.
