There are a lot more teams than bonafide "aces". Not every team will have one, and some (Mets) will have multiple aces.

Luis Valbuena had a career year last season... .260/.357/.459/.816 - 13 HRs - 40 RBI - 1 SB, 1 CS.

That was by far his best season even though he played only 90 games. Why are we anxious for his return to take even more AB from Cron. Cron has been playing excellent defense and has been making good hard contact with the bat. If he played everyday he could possibly hit 30 HR and 40 doubles.
