It's still crazy that we're likely going to have someone elected to run the country who is basically winning by default.  I'm definitely over all this crap and ready to move past it but I look forward to an epic Trump tantrum.

I thought this was going to be a over under on number of deaths at the polls.  Because this election sure is bringing out the crazies on both sides.

I'm already over this country being ruined by the next president.  Right now I'm more concerned about taxes going up because California only knows how to spend spend spend, and have nothing to show for it or the situation gets worse.

The important thing is that Americans on both sides of the aisle haven't ruffled any feathers or let the election impact their relationships with friends, family and acquaintances who may see things differently.

I haven't spoken with my sister since last June so we are good. Not sure how the next conversation will go but for now...

Can't wait for Thanksgiving.  I think there's an outside chance politics/this election may come up in conversations.

None. Neither my wife nor I have voted since we met. 

 

My brother though... his chick's family...huge Democrats. Not necessarily super libby progressives but more neocon Clinton dems. Apparently that's all they talk about.

My mom is a super lib and we have discussions.  

They never change anything but we have them.

try not to discuss things with him too much because he isn't very open-minded on issues.

My family doesn't allow anyone who is not liberal to be part of it...there is a questionnaire that goes out to any potential additions...my wife had to go through a series of interviews before they would allow her to join the family.

Rumor has it one of my cousins was a Republican...but he's disappeared from all family functions.
