Tyler, you're still pitching to persuade people you are a capable MLB starting pitcher. So (1) turn in a minimum 21 outs efficiently and effectively; (2) close out the 0-2's, and (3) come up with third outs. Those three factors have been working against you much too frequently.

Welcome back to the lineup, Yunel. Your hitting replacements have been seen and found wanting too often.

Go Trout, Albert, Kole, CJ and Simba!!! Turn on the offense for the home fans.

Fun Fact: The Angels are 7-6 in the 13 head-to-head games the Angels and Rangers have played this season.

Funner Fact: The winning pitchers in 5 of those victories are injured (Street) or no longer Angels. Only Weaver and Ramirez remain.

Daniels is one of the best in the business. He has made his share of mistakes but it goes with the territory. Failure is a big part of baseball.

Pennington is the worst hitter of the bunch, and i believe the oldest. I think Petit and Cowart should be getting those ab's. Going forward i think Petit should be the backup ss/2b.  Trade Pennington for a prospect arm.

so, we go on a run -- wind up at .475 ball -- let's say 74 wins instead of 64 or something like that --

we still finish third or probably fourth - out of contention, miles south of the playoffs and no where near a top ten draft pick.

you've heard of win/win scenario's..........

this is a we win and then lose/ lose scenario..........

You can see that the Rangers didn't allow Hamilton to become a distraction or an excuse. They just kept on winning without him.

Skanks haven't done a whole lot of anything in 2016, except win games. 

I never understood the Girardi bashings.   He's always been a solid manager, going back to being NL MOTY with the Fish.
